My office mate is a food junkie. He eats everything in sight and is about as big around as a pencil. Lucky Him. Here is one of Cecil’s favorites which he had for breakfast. Instant dinner or what he calls “Instant Institutional Food”

My family is from Fairmont WV and I graduated from highschool there. About 3 years ago I attended my 30 year class reunion and while there we stopped in at one of the oldest eateries in Fairmont, The Poky Dot. It has certainly undergone some changes but the food is still top notch in my opinion. I had a steak hoagie with fries and it was great (complete with Oliverio’s Peppers)

I had to go to Bowling Green, KY a couple weeks ago on business and we stopped in at a place called Toot’s on Scottsville Road. We ordered some deep fried pickles for starter. This was the first time I ever had deep fried pickles and even though they were a little salty I loved them. Can hardly wait to have some more.

I don”t know what it is about bowling alley cheeseburgers but I love them. They certainly aren’t good for you but when the grease and the mayo mix, well it sends me into food lovers orbit. From Melody Lanes in Madisonville, KY
